Welcome to Sugar Ski and Country Club for your Summer vacation. We hope you will enjoy the cool mountain temperatures and incredible mountain splendor.

All of our condominiums are privately owned, so they are ALL individual in TASTE AND STYLE, no two are alike. ALL units have a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, cable TV and telephone. You will also find an onsite indoor pool, sauna and Jacuzzi. If you have particular items you like to use from home, be sure to bring them with you!

Important policy information you need to know about booking with us:

During holiday periods, payment in full is due 15 days prior to arrival.
Security deposits required at or before check-in by credit card ONLY.
Advanced deposit of half of the total rent is required to hold/book unit.
Reservation changes result in a $15 change charge.
CANCELLATION POLICY - All cancellations must be by phone or in writing. Advance deposit minus $30 cancellation fee will be refunded if the cancellation request is 30 days prior to arrival. No refunds will be made for cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival unless the unit and same dates reserved can be rented.
NO REFUNDS for early check-outs.

MasterCard, Visa and Discover are accepted at check in.
Personal checks are accepted at check in on reservations that are 30 or more days.
