Sugar Ski & Country Club Rental Program is a division of our Home Owners Association. Our rental inventory consists of individually owned condominium units only. All units in the rental program were built before the “American Disabilities Act” was enacted. Therefore, none of our condominium units are considered “ADA “compliant.
