This is a third floor loft condo in building 10. Fully equipped kitchen, and seating for 4 at the dining table. Alcove area has queen bed for relaxing & enjoying the even the snowfall! In the loft there is a queen size bed & a TV. This unit is comfortable for 4 people with the 2 queen beds & it does have a queen sofa bed if you need separate beds for 3-4 people. No more than one bathroom! From the private balcony you have a beautiful mountain view along with a view of Oma's Meadow, an intermediate ski slope at the Sugar Mountain Resort. Our new clubhouse is open to guests with a heated indoor swimming pool, hot tub, sauna and fitness room. The property also has tennis/pickleball court and outdoor grilling areas. There is a coin operated laundry on property. Come stay in the mountains! **No wood burning fire place**

It was really a great stay for our family of 3! We enjoyed the ability to just ski down to the ski resort. Everything we needed was there in the unit. Unit was very cozy, clean, and just delightful! We enjoyed having a swimming pool, sauna, and a hot tub in the walking distance. We enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed staying here. Very convenient for snowboarding, right on the mountain. Beautiful views of the mountains from the room and deck.

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was very well maintained. The only thing that we really didn't care for was the smell of the towels. I guess it's the mountain water. Another thing was my oversight, we didn't know there was no air conditioning.

Our vacation rental was stocked with EVERYTHING you could ever need! Completely appointed kitchen,big inviting bed with lots of extra pillows,comforters and blankets for laying around on the couch in front of the wood burning fireplace. Free WiFi,flat screens in den and bedroom plus gaming capabilities. Already planned/booking our next trip there. HIGHLY RECOMEND. We don't ski but you can ski right out of your condo onto the slopes!

A lovely place to vacation. The loft apartment was well kept and clean. Everything we needed was available in the apartment. We will definitely keep this in mind for future visits to Sugar Mountain. The Sugar Bus Shuttle was a plus.

This is a great condo. It nicely fit our family of four. I recommend you bring blankets for the pull out couch. We also couldn't find a spatula, but other than that the condo was fully stocked, beautifully decorated, and had a beautiful view. The bed upstairs was very comfy and there is plenty of seating at the table. We really enjoyed having a fire in the fire place. We would highly recommend this unit. The skiing was fantastic! We brought our crock pot and enjoyed nice hot chilI for dinner! This is our second time staying at Sugar Ski and Country Club and plan on visiting again!

My wife, 2 daughters and I spend Christmas vacation in this lovely apartment, The description does not reflect how nice the place is. The only concern is about the noise coming from the machine that are making snow during the night and were very bothering to me. Overall anyhow I was happy with the apartment, clean, and all the details made our stay really wonderful.

Condo was perfect for us and the view from the balcony was amazing. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and the staff was wonderful too. All around an amazing vacation and condo!

Property was well situated for ski in ski out on blue run at Sugar Mountain. You will need 4 wheel drive in winter to get up there. Has bus to take you to ski lodge at bottom of mountain. Nice accommodations. No complaints.
