This is a middle floor two bed two bath condo in building 2. Free WI-FI. The living room offers a 47 inch TV, & DVD. The kitchen is fully equipped with many accessories and seating for 6 in the dining area. The master bedroom offers a queen size bed and 32 inch flat screen TV. The guest bedroom has two sets of bunk beds. The condo is a short walk to Sugar Slalom and Oma's Meadow in winter, and mountain biking in summer. Tennis court on site, also outfitted for pickleball. The new clubhouse is complete with an indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, changing rooms and fitness room. The property also has gazebos and outdoor grilling areas. **No wood burning fire place**

Wonderful Birthday ski weekend!

Wonderful location to celebrate my granddaughters birthday! Lived the view off the balcony and the easy ski in and ski out! It was great to have a place for skiers to take a break and get lunch or a snack! The place was clean and well kept! Plenty of room for the 5 of us! We look forward to coming again next year!

We love Sugar Ski and CC and have stayed in multiple units over the past decade. It was clean, staff responsive to question. Clubhouse is new ad lovely. The unit is dated which is ok. However it is poorly stocked. There were no pots larger that a small one. Thankfully I was at making pasta. No storage containers for leftovers. No cleaning supplies for counters or anything else. Twin beds on lower bunks were uncomfortable. One of the recliners on the couch was broken. I would only stay here sign if it was the last unit.

We went to Sugar Mtn for skiing. The location is hard to beat right next to two runs so you can ski down in the morning and catch the lift back to the condo. Property mgmt was friendly and helpful. We had family in other units and the layout of this one was great with the bunkbeds and extra bar area for seating. Only small criticism would be the couch and appliances are a bit outdated and worn. Would definitely stay at this location and this unit again.

Can't beat the location - excellent mountaintop access to ski right down and come back up for snacks etc. Unit and building definitely need some work and TLC. The unit had some nice work done with new tile and shower but shower curtain is covered in mold. Kitchen appliances barely work (stove, oven, toaster - dishwasher upper rack wants to fall off) - living room sofa has seen better days. Housekeeping did not bother to make the upper two bunks, only the bottom two so we had to make beds upon arrival. Had to request extra towels and blankets. Building smelled like cigarette smoke. ski racks that probably were once wall mounted were on the floor of the landing area by the stairs. We have stayed here for 3 years, all different units and buildings. This one was our favorite for access to the slopes just definitely in need of some major updates

Was awesome to have a nice warm condo to go back to right at the top of he mountain. Even though it was super cold we had a blast as a family and enjoyed staying somewhere with full kitchen and all the ammenities.Front desk staff so friendly and never had a bad stay here! We come back every year several times highly recommend!

We enjoyed our trip to Sugar Mountain Ski & Country Club. The convenience to the slope was wonderful and the view from our rental was amazing. We will definitely be back.
