Description
A top floor two bed two bath unit in building 3.Free WI-FI. Ski in/ski out on the Oma's Meadow slope or a brief walk takes you to the Sugar Slalom slope of Sugar Mountain Ski Resort. The master bedroom has a queen bed. The guest room has a twin over double bunk bed. Both master & guest rooms have TV with cable. There is a nice sofa in the living room with a queen size bed & a 42' TV for evening relaxation. This unit also has a fully equipped kitchen, and a washer/dryer. From the private balcony you have a gorgeous mountain view and a view of Oma's Meadow. The new clubhouse is now open with an indoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna, & fitness room, all for our guests enjoyment. The property also has tennis/pickleball courts as well as outdoor grilling areas. Come stay in the mountains! **No wood burning fire place**

Great place to stay. Clean and a good stocked kitchen. Just a couple of things. The master bath tube was slow to drain. Need more towels. Run out of hot water within 5 min.

Location at the top of Oma’s Meadow is great. Views from the unit are great. However most stuff in the unit could use an update. Mattresses, couches, kitchen pans, etc., could all use an update. The bed on the top bunk is not serviceable and looses air through out the night. Despite all of that we had a great time skiing with the family.

Condo was cute. Nice place for a long weekend stay. Odd how small the place is. I’m a pretty big guy, lifelong weight lifter and former nationally ranked ski racer. This place is oddly tiny. Rooms, door and hallways were oddly small. Sinks and commodes are oddly low. Almost like the place was built for small kids. Good enough for a few days of Southern skiing. I’ll be back again. Clean, warm, friendly.

Overall, the position at the top of the run is great. The condition of the unit we rented was not. Furniture and beds/mattresses were blown out and should be replaced. The overall condition of the unit was less than the expected level of cleanliness when first entering. The location and amenties (clubhouse) was great, but not sure if those benefits outweigh the condition of the unit.

Perfect location, easy check-in and check-out, great view overlooking the slopes, our groups only complaint was the quality of the mattresses...upgrade those and it’s a perfect place to stay.

Love location and amenities of Sugar CC. Have stayed here for several years. First time in this unit. Nice views and easy access to slopes, but interior needs some maintenance. Kitchen is poorly stocked if you plan on cooking. Subfloor in kitchen is exposed, carpet and painting need to be done. Unit does have WIFI and big screen tv and is nicely furnished, except for the dining chairs which were about to fall apart.

The room was just as described. We have stayed with SS&CC at least once a winter for the last 4 years. The teenagers really enjoyed the indoor pool, hot tub and sauna. The view is absolutely beautiful. My only
complaint is that most of the rooms are really dated.
