This is a first floor two bed, two bath condo in building 4. Free WI-FI. The living room has a smart tv, queen sleeper sofa and perfect view of slopes. The kitchen is fully equipped with many accessories and updated appliances. There is seating for 6 at the dining table. The master bedroom has a king size bed & the guest room has bunk beds. New carpet, tile, & flooring throughout unit. Electric fireplace. Both bathrooms have been updated as well. From the private balcony you have a long range mountain view along with an impressive view down Oma's Meadow. The new clubhouse provides an indoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna, & fitness room for our guests enjoyment. The property also has tennis courts and outdoor grilling in nice grassy areas. Come and enjoy the mountains! *No wood burning fires*

Great place for our family ski vacation. It’s our second trip the the CC Resort and we have enjoyed the ski in ski out location each time.
The condo had everything we needed for sleeping, cooking, and keeping kids warm and dry.

The condo was a decent place. Pretty much what you would expect for a ski rental. Not a lot of frills and pretty basic but it met our needs. Had a hard time regulating the heat as the controls are on each of the baseboard heaters, not a remote thermostat. The most disappointing thing was that the slope in front of the condo did not have snow. We booked this place for the ski in/ski out accessibility and we were not able to do that.

Overall was great! Condo was very nice. We were disappointed to find that the ski lift was not open during our stay - did not anticipate this as condo was selected due to having the lift. Had to drive down mountain each time we wanted to ski.

This is our second time in this condo for a week of skiing. The accommodations are clean and comfortable. We did find the family room furniture a little worn out.
It was a nice touch having a washer and dryer in the room and all that is needed to cook all meals.
The location is the main reason we chose and returned to this location. It is ski in/ski out right at the top of the lift and across from the indoor pool and facilities.
We prayed for snow and got a blizzard! What fun!

We came prepared and the children used the pool on the blizzard day. Firewood was readily available at the office and the lady was so very kind to our granddaughters when they purchased two bundles.Ski rental personnel were very helpful too! We added an extra day to the trip due to weather conditions and ran into no complications. Loved our stay! Thank you!

Excellent place to stay. Ski in ski out with lift just outside balcony. Located directly across street from hot tub, sauna and pool. Great to relax after skiing. Room clean, warm and maintained well. Flat screen TV in family room and master. Everything you need and great location. Highly recommend and planning on coming back next year.

We had a great visit. The condo was very nice and conveniently located. Our only issue was the glass sliding door. It kept freezing shut with ice on the inside and was difficult to open. Otherwise, a great value for the money!

Ooma Meadow is much too steep for beginners and it's the way to ski out. Condo 414 is the closest you can get to the central hot tub and indoor pool, a big plus. Loved the view but a half flight up to the second floor, instead of down to 1st floor, gives a better view for the same easy access. Loved the layout and furnishing. I wished for an on-demand tankless water heater so more than two could shower in a short period. I would rent there again without hesitation if I Wes an intermediate skier.

very satisfied with the unit. well furnished. clean. very convenient to hot tub and pool building. kitchen had everything we needed. plenty of towels too! nice touch providing extra trash can liners and dishwasher soap.
