I love the resort and location. The unit we had this year is in desperate need of new appliances. The fridge was falling apart, dishwasher didn’t work, a few burners on the stove didn’t work, and he microwave was very old and scary. We will be returning to the resort, just to a different unit next time.

Enjoyed our stay. The furnishings are dated but clean. Location is very good. Appliances are in the well past their prime but work. Lacks frying pans that are usable. We happen to bring our own.

The rental was good for 4 people. However they were some issues such a not able to connect to Wifi, phone was not working, and the master bedroom bed was not comfortable at all. The biggest issues we had was that the front office did not disclose that the pool area was not working. My kids were looking forward to swimming. The reason why we booked with them was because of the availability of the pool.

the resort is in a great location, unit could use a remodel. Furnishings and decor is very dated. It was clean. My family enjoyed the hot tub and pool.

the room was nice and clean.Good location for sking but no snow was being made till the day before we left.snow was being made on all the other slopes.asked management was told it was because of and my girlfriend came for the hot tub and pool neither was working.We felt that a discount should have been offered.We will be looking for another place to stay next year...Thanks anyway Tony Compton

Check in was very easy. The rental unit heat was on prior to our arrival and nice and warm. The online picture of the unit doesn't do it justice. It was very comfortable and the view from the balcony very nice. Towels and incidentals supplied just like in a hotel room. Kitchen has dishes, silverware and pots and pans. Nice large TV with cable in living room. Enjoyed our stay.

Excellent location, but the dishwasher in the unit is old and was broken, maintenance repaired quickly, but then the soap dispenser didn't open after wash cycle. TVs in unit are old and picture quality poor on most stations. I don't know when I last saw a Magnavox TV, maybe the 1980s. Other than that wonderful.

Nice location on Sugar Mountain. Weekend/holiday bus service provided by the Sugar Mtn TDA was great. Management staff was very helpful with all questions.

Too small for six people. Way too crowded. For beginner to intermediate skiers, this location is too high. We had to take the shuttle bus back and forth. Though the ride is free, a tip is expected, so, go figure. Furniture and carpet is old and worn. Furniture is cheaply made. Kitchen is big enough for one person to cook. Very crowded. I would not stay here again, even if I were a better skier. Just not worth the bucks.
