We had an amazing time at Sugar Mountain Ski & Country Club. Unit 815 was very clean, great layout and amazing view. I would highly recommend staying in this great unit! The overall experience was fantastic!

Our stay was satisfactory but VERY old furniture, mattress and top bunk inaccessible ... the surrounding area is beautiful with a good management company with quick response to a problem in one of the bathrooms

It was great! Was glad we heeded advice to get snow chains for our rear wheel drive vehicle. Condo was as expected, clean and comfortable. No Keurig, only drip coffee maker so I was also glad I brought along ground coffee.

Our family of 5 enjoyed the well-equipped 2 bedroom/2 bath condo for MLK weekend. It was just what we needed for a long weekend away. Would book again just to be able to ski out and in and not have to worry about the shuttle, traffic around the resort, or parking.

Clean and well kept condo right by the top of Oma’s lift. Easy ski on and off. We got a lot of snow/blizzard while there and we’re able to ski right to our door. The place held up great during the storm and heat worked great.

Great Mountain View. Amazing experience skiing in the mountain.
Quick check in. Cabin was nice. Overall clean expect the bathrooms. Bathrooms were not clean. Shower curtains were dirty. Toilet bowl seats dirty.
I had to buy cleaning supplies to clean both bathrooms.
Overall everything else seemed clean.

Excellent. The rental was exact to the picture. Clean and great location with view of the slope. The new clubhouse was amazing especially going into the jacuzzi after a long day of skiing.

Unit 815 was perfect for us! The location on the slopes was great for getting in and out to ski, and the condo is well appointed and well decorated. There were plenty of linens and towels, and the front desk folks were super helpful.

Great location. Snow chains a must. Good restaurants nearby. Great staff got us into the room early. No small kids ski equipment rental at resort. Rental was cozy, overall clean, unless something fell under the bed or between the cushions. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Clean rental...great set-up...loved the look of the kitchen with the real-wood open cabinets and matching bar/work areas. Three minor complaints:
1) Could not find the 3-ring binder that has the wi-fi code in it (easily rectified by looking on the back of the router, but required a call to the office to confirm).
2) The couch was super mushy...sat in the middle and everyone rolled on top of you.
3) The lock on the outside storage door did not work, so we were forced to bring skis & boots inside the condo. Skis were less of a concern as the bike holders on the wall took care of the skis and poles. But having the boots in the hallway made for a cramped route between the bedrooms and kitchen/living area.
Again, in the big scheme of things all relatively minor nits. But the heaters work (really well), the kitchen was nicely stocked with pretty much every plate/utensil/etc. you'd need for the weekend, the beds were firm...and it's a walk-out to the slope!

This location on top of the mountain turned out to be better than we could help we found some sleds closer to the hill that my kids were able to enjoy and we put back right where we left them that was a huge added bonus that we didn’t have to go tubing or buy sleds or tubes to use. The condo itself was absolutely picture perfect the only thing I would say is we did have a little trouble figuring out all the remotes for the tv. when I called the front desk to ask for the Wi-Fi they said there should be a booklet with information which there was not but we were able to find the information needed pretty quickly. Absolutely stay again and look forward to coming back. The upgrades and woodwork really made this Florida family feel like they were in the mountains even more

My husband and I had a wonderful time at Sugar Mountain. It was great to just walk out of the unit and hop on our skies. We also loved the view from the balcony...able to watch skiers and take in the mountain view. The decorations were all very sporty - which reflected the owners passion for boarding, biking & skiing. We loved all the iron and wood details through out....you felt like you were in a lodge....also super cozy to have a beer around the fireplace and twinkle lights. It was very well equipped with kitchen essentials all the way down to spices, great cutlery, and cookware. We will be back for sure, in fact, we are looking for availability to come back before the ski season is over.

We loved this place! It was really clean and decorated perfectly for outdoor sports lovers. We were disappointed that the weather didn't cooperate for enjoying the fact that it was slope side. Record high temps didn't allow for snowmaking and the slopes weren't open. But I can only imagine how great it would've been if they were. Despite this, the place offered all the entertainment we love while inside (wifi, netflix, cable, even a record player with a great collection!). The kitchen was adequately stocked for cooking and the view is beautiful. The location is still great for all the hiking and sightseeing the area has to offer as well. We definitely plan on returning to this rustic,sporty and cozy condo that keeps you reminded of why you're in the mountains.

One toilet was running and the other had a broken handle. Not a terrible place to stay if you don't mind an outdated place. Living room is very cozy.
