This is a second floor two-bed, two-bath condo in building 8 with free WI-FI. The living room offers a 42 inch TV, and a queen sleeper sofa with a newly updated look! The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances as well as updated counter tops and cabinets. There is seating for 4 in the dining area with additional seating at the bar. The master bedroom has a king size bed, while the guest bedroom has a queen bed. The newly rebuilt clubhouse is open and ready for fun with an indoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna, & fitness room. We were looking for a getaway after Thanksgiving with easy access to Sugar Mountain for the family to ski. The condo was cozy and comfortably fit our family of six. The ample kitchen was great for evenings in, and the view from the deck was amazing, with visibility all the way over to the top of Beech Mountain. You can see night skiing and when it’s snowy, it’s a beautiful landscape.

Our family absolutely loved staying in this condo. It was comfortable, clean, and well-stocked. We appreciated that it had enough toilet paper, a washer and dryer so we could have fresh towels, and plenty of kitchen appliances and dishes. Getting onto the Oma's Meadow slope was a breeze, and the view from the room was fantastic. It was perfect for our family to make some very special memories. Thank you!

Sugar Ski and Country Club was a wonderful place to stay at Sugar Mtn. We stayed in unit 824. It was beautifully decorated and furnished. The check in staff were very helpful. The building was a short walk to the ski lift and the maintenance staff was really helpful when we called them.
This is a really great place to stay at Sugar Mountain.

The rental was actually bigger than the pictures made it look like. Perfect location for the skiers and snow boarders in our group. Since there was a major snow storm the people not skiing or snowboarding were stuck in the condo. Beautiful view, great balcony, plenty of storage space, kitchen was well equipped, cable and games available. Although the condo sleeps 6 they only provided 4 towels so I would plan to bring extra. Shuttle service was nice on day one until the storm came in and then they couldn’t run. Property manager was fantastic and flexible since we weren’t sure we would be able to check out and also gave us a late check out time. The reason the cleanliness was a little low was the floors of the condo were dirty, especially behind the bathroom doors. Would definitely stay again but will bring plenty of drinks and food and towels.

love staying here. 3rd time here, love location and proximity to mountain and slope. again, only thing i dont like is not having lift tickets. have to go down and get them, staying ski in/ski out should have tickets at your disposal. also need another hot tub, when there approx. 10-15 loud adults had taken over the hot tub, no one else could get in there. love the sauna.

Enjoyed our 2 adult 2 child stay, arrived in time to check in and night ski and had been told we could rent equipment at the ski shop located at resort office. They did not have helmets and we. Had to drive back down mtn to a pvt rentAl shop and then did not have time to night ski. If coming rent equip before coming up mtn because the eqipment choices are so limited. Also remember sugar mtn does not have multi day tickets. You waste time standing in line to rent tickets on a daily basis, time wasted and people do not return to sugar because of this.

Four buds got to Snowboard some East Coast pow. 2 bed 2 bath big couches plenty of room. Had everything we needed... Bring your own firewood, there's wouldn't burn, to damp.

The property was exactly as described. Check-in and check-out process was easy. The winter value package is a great saver on lift tickets and equipment. Although, the property is located on the slope, unfortunately the lift and slope (Oma’s Meadow) we’re closed during our stay

824 was in very good condition with new appliances and renovated kitchen. Washer/dryer was handy as well.
The deck provided a great view of the resort. A short walk to Oma's lift.
The unit was well decorated if not a little over decorated.
